These terms govern purchases in the La Bonaca online shop. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they have read and agree to them.

Prices
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include shipping. The price shown at checkout is the final price.
The provider is not liable for VAT, so VAT is not charged.
Conclusion of contract
The purchase contract between the provider and the buyer is concluded when the buyer places an order and receives confirmation by email. The order is stored by the provider.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the item, without giving a reason. Notify us at info@labonaca.si. Return the item undamaged within 14 days of notice; we refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Note: for personal-hygiene or health items (e.g. eye mask, neck pillow) that have been unsealed after delivery, returns may be excluded for hygiene reasons as permitted by law. Please check the item before use.
Legal guarantee of conformity
The items are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity under the Consumer Protection Act. In case of a defect, contact us at info@labonaca.si.
